Kindle in me

I had a lovely Imbolc ritual, very calm. Peace is an essential quality for my life right now.

I did pretty much exactly as I said I would in the previous post. I’m not sure if I sang… singing seems like a group activity to me. I would enjoy doing rituals as part of a group more often.

I took the photo a day or so later. My mantra while lighting the candles is ‘kindle in me the brightness of life.’

May we all continue in the path of the Sacred, as we must.

Blessings at this light-rekindling time of year,

Brigid Diana

I know what you mean about singing being a group activity. I used to hate doing it on my own, but now I am singing and chanting all the time. :-) That mantra is beautiful and inspiring, full of light and healing. Brightest Blessings

Awesome! Good to hear. :) both that you’re singing, and that you know how I feel. I need the healing right now, so it’s a good time for it. Blessings of Goddess’ Stars.

  2. What a beautiful alter. I love setting up little alters for these holidays. I haven’t become totally consistent yet, but I always enjoy celebrating and reflecting.

:) It’s a practice. To tell the truth, I haven’t been so consistent about it either. Blogging about it helps, though. Something about the idea that other people are expecting it :D It truly does enrich my life, so any reason to be spurred to action is a good one.
